From an all-new Victron off-grid power system and fully integrated Truma climate ecosystem to increased water capacity, elevated interior materials, and more durable construction, every update works together to create a more capable adventure vehicle for wherever the road takes you.

Built in Yakima, Washington and available in three distinct floorplans, the 2027 Overlander brings together the comfort and livability of a adventure vehicle with the capability expected from a modern overland vehicle.

Choose from the compact Ridge, versatile Range, or spacious Fjord. Every Overlander is built on the trusted Ford E-Series platform with the 7.3L V8 and comes standard in 2WD, with the Quigley XT 4×4 system available as a factory option.

OFF-GRID POWER SYSTEMS

Getting off-grid is one thing. Staying there is another. For 2027, Overlander introduces a fully integrated Victron power ecosystem designed to generate, store, manage, and monitor the power you need away from hookups.

• 400Ah Lithium Standard: Two 200Ah Victron lithium batteries provide serious energy storage, with individual battery heat pads for cold-weather charging.
• 440W Solar Standard: Two 220W Lumera bifacial solar panels keep power coming in, with an available third panel increasing capacity to 660W.
• 3,000W Victron Inverter/Charger: Provides household AC power for systems like the air conditioner, microwave, and outlets without requiring shore power.
• Charge While You Drive: A Victron 50A DC-to-DC charger replenishes the coach batteries from the engine while you’re on the move.
• Available ARCO Zeus Second Alternator: Adds up to 275 amps of high-output charging, giving you the ability to put serious energy back into your battery bank while driving.
• One Integrated System: The Victron Cerbo GX and Touch 50 display bring battery status, solar, charging, inverter status, and tank levels together in one place.

With up to 600Ah of lithium battery capacity and 660W of solar, the system can be configured for even greater off-grid independence.

ECOSYSTEM OF CLIMATE CONTROL

Power is only as useful as what you can do with it. That’s why the new off-grid power system supports a fully integrated ecosystem of climate control designed to keep the Overlander comfortable through changing temperatures and seasons.

• Truma Aventa ECO A/C: Efficient cooling with soft-start technology allows the air conditioner to operate directly from the inverter and battery bank—without requiring a generator or shore power.
• Truma VarioHeat Furnace: Efficient, ducted heat provides comfortable cold-weather performance while minimizing electrical demand.
• Truma AquaGo Comfort Plus: On-demand hot water means you’re no longer limited by the capacity of a traditional water heater tank.
• Built Around Four-Season Use: Insulated dual-pane acrylic windows, heated and insulated holding tanks, insulated compartment doors, and a heated exterior gear locker help the climate systems do their job when temperatures drop.

Heating, cooling, hot water, insulation, and off-grid power all work together as one complete system – giving you more control over your environment wherever you decide to camp.

INTERIOR DESIGN — ELEVATED

For 2027, the Overlander interior combines increased capacity with upgraded materials and thoughtful details designed around spending more time on the road and away from hookups.

• Increased Water Capacity: Range and Fjord now carry 64 gallons of fresh water and 57 gallons of grey water, giving you more capacity to stay out longer.
• Richlite Surfaces: Durable, antimicrobial Richlite countertops and tables bring a premium material designed for real-world use into the cabin.
• Toe-Kick Accent Lighting: Integrated low-level lighting adds useful illumination and a more refined feel throughout the interior.
• Off-Grid Friendly Galley: A 7.3 cu. ft. 12V fridge/freezer, three-burner cooktop, convection microwave with air fryer, and flush-mount sink provide the functionality of home without requiring hookups.
• Cassette Toilet System: The electric-flush cassette toilet eliminates the traditional black tank, allowing the removable cassette to be emptied at compatible toilets and waste facilities without relying exclusively on RV dump stations.

EXTERIOR & CONSTRUCTION — ELEVATED

The updates for 2027 go deeper than what you can see. Overlander construction combines proven building methods with upgraded materials designed around durability, weather resistance, and four-season use.

• Azdel Composite Wall Panels: Traditional luan within the laminated wall panels has been replaced with Azdel composite material, reducing wood content while improving resistance to moisture, mold, and delamination.
• Triple Seal Construction: Critical joints use a layered sealing approach designed for greater long-term protection from the elements.
• Built for the Long Haul: Welded aluminum framing, gel-coat fiberglass exterior construction, and a fully walkable TPO roof create a strong foundation for years of use.
• Built for Four Seasons: Heated and insulated holding tanks, insulated compartment doors, and thoughtful cold-weather protection extend capability beyond the traditional camping season.
• Ready for More: Custom front and rear bumpers, available winch integration, spare tire carrier, all-terrain tires, upgraded wheels, and Starlink-ready integration prepare Overlander for where you want to take it.
